Services Powertec Electric provides residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services including installations, repairs, maintenance, and emergency services. All Services will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner by trained and licensed electricians. Service requests are subject to approval and availability.
Powertec Electric provides Services in Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding areas. Service availability outside of our normal coverage areas is not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.
Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel scheduled services. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to a minimum service call charge. Powertec Electric reserves the right to reschedule Services at its discretion.
Powertec Electric accepts all major credit cards. Payment is due in full upon completion of Services. Customers agree to pay all charges associated with Services, including any applicable taxes. Accounts past due will incur late fees equal to 1.5% per month.
Powertec Electric warrants all parts and labor for 30 days. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse or modifications, and acts outside of Powertec Electric's control.
Under no circumstances shall Powertec Electric be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Powertec Electric's total liability for any reason shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
Powertec Electric may modify these Terms of Service at any time and in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes on our website or by email. Your continued use of our website after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service must be handled exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
