Maple Square

Maple square is a 40-unit multi family complex built by Deveraux Development for Manitoba Housing in Winnipeg. The project consists of five conventionally built four-unit buildings and five modular built four-unit buildings by Grandeur Homes along. Our work consists of

• Wire all the conventional buildings
• Wire all modular basements and tie in electrical of the modular building sections
• Street lighting
• Electrical distribution for 40-units
• Exterior 400A service and two 100A sub panels
• Parking lot plugs
